Tbh hackers used to be a lot worse when CS2D was on its beta days. Since its release on Steam, I've spotted like 2 or 3 different speedhackers (one of them being this noob) but nothing too bad, they usually play even worse with all that speed and get fragged easily.
Back in the days, there were literally wallhacks where you could walk through walls, just to give you an example of how much worse it used to be.
